Interestingly, four of these ports support powered devices because they have Power over Ethernet (PoE+) capabilities, which comply with 802.3 af/at regulations. The switch has a 40W PoE power budget that is split between Ports 1 and 4. Because it complies with IEEE 802.3x Flow Control standards, data transmission is optimized.
